Resurfacing Work Scheduled in Schuyler and Scotland Counties
HANNIBAL – Weather permitting, as early as May 18, resurfacing work is scheduled on approximately 41 miles of various routes in Schuyler and Scotland counties. Work will begin on 22.5 miles of Route D, from Route U at Lancaster in Schuyler Co. to MO 15 near Memphis in Scotland County. GLASGOW, Mo. — Scotland County’s girls delivered a strong district performance Saturday, May 9, at the MSHSAA Class 1 District 3 track and field meet at Glasgow High School, led by district titles from Charlee Holland and Kierstyn Moore. Holland won the girls long jump with a mark of 5.23 meters and added sectional-qualifying finishes in the 100-meter dash and triple jump. She placed second in the triple jump at 10.16 meters and third in the 100 in 13.43 seconds.
