PLACE OF MEETING: Scotland County Courthouse Commission Chambers
The meeting was called to order at 8:30 A.M.
PRESENT WERE: Presiding Commissioner: Duane Ebeling, Eastern District Commissioner, Brent Rockhold, Western District Commissioner, David Wiggins, and Deputy County Clerk, Nancy McClamroch
Commissioner Rockhold moved to approve the consent agenda; seconded by Commissioner Wiggins. Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Wiggins moved to approve the May19, 2021 minutes with changes; seconded by Commissioner Rockhold. Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Wiggins made a motion to accept the mowing bid on a bi-weekly basis from Robert Owings at $75, seconded by Commissioner Rockhold. Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Ebeling attended the TAC, Public Housing and RPC Executive Board meetings on Wednesday, May 19. Commissioner Wiggins attended the TAC and Solid Waste board meetings on the same date.
Alyson Ewald called about a bad spot on Road #208.
Michael Billings, SC Interim Road Boss was in to give updates with the Road & Bridge department.
Ronnie Tinkle inquired about receiving American Rescue Plan funds on behalf of the Ambulance District.
Erick Byrn came in to fill out the use of courthouse lawn form for the Kids Safety Day.
Seeing no further business, Commissioner Ebeling adjourned the meeting at 12:00 P.M.
The Scotland County Commission adjourned to meet in regular session on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.

Commissioner Wiggins moved to approve the consent agenda; seconded by Commissioner Rockhold. Motion carried 3-0.
The minutes from May 20, 2021, were presented. Commissioner Rockhold moved to approve the regular session minutes with corrections; seconded by Commissioner Wiggins. Motion carried 3-0.
The Commission signed court orders 15-2021 through 16-2021.
Michael Billings, interim Road and Bridge Supervisor, met with the Commission to discuss current projects.
Coney Baker discussed road maintenance and bridge repair (03600082) with the Commission.
The Commission reviewed fuel reports for April 2021.
Leland Hyde and Roy Hyde inquired about the process to purchase rock for Richland Cemetery.
Aaron Jeffries of Missouri Department of Conservation called to schedule an appointment with the Commission and the Director of MDC on Tuesday, June 8th at 9:00 A.M. to discuss a letter sent to the Director by the Commission regarding the vacant conservation agent position in Scotland County.
Nancy McClamroch presented the Commission with a letter requesting the funds held by the Commission as Trustee for the Sandhill Cemetery Association. Commissioner Wiggins moved to release the funds to the Sandhill Cemetery Association as requested. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Rockhold and carried 3-0.
