PLACE OF MEETING: Scotland County Courthouse Commission Chambers
The meeting was called to order at 8:30 A.M.
PRESENT WERE: Presiding Commissioner, Duane Ebeling arrived at 9:30 A.M., Eastern District Commissioner, Danette Clatt, Western District Commissioner, David Wiggins and County Clerk, Batina Dodge.
Commissioner Wiggins moved to approve the consent agenda; seconded by Commissioner Clatt. Motion carried 2-0.
The minutes from September 30, 2020 were presented. Commissioner Clatt moved to approve the regular session minutes; seconded by Commissioner Wiggins. Motion carried 2-0.
The Commission approved Progress Invoice #18 for Project BRO-B099(22).
The Commission reviewed and approved the quarterly assessment reimbursement request to the State Tax Commission as prepared by Deputy County Clerk, Nancy McClamroch.
The Commission signed court orders 21-2020 through 41-2020.
Commissioner Wiggins was absent from 10:10 A.M. until 11:20 A.M.
The Commission approved purchase orders for Batina Dodge, County Clerk, to order election supplies.
The Commission reviewed applications received for Phase III CARES funds.
Seeing no further business, Presiding Commissioner Ebeling adjourned the meeting at 12:20 P.M.

PRESENT WERE: Presiding Commissioner, Duane Ebeling arrived at 9:05 A.M., Eastern District Commissioner, Danette Clatt, Western District Commissioner, David Wiggins, and County Clerk, Batina Dodge.
Commissioner Wiggins moved to approve the consent agenda; seconded by Commissioner Clatt. Motion carried 2-0.
The minutes from October 1, 2020 were presented. Commissioner Clatt moved to approve the regular session minutes; seconded by Commissioner Wiggins. Motion carried 2-0.
Kathy Kiddoo, Treasurer, presented the Commission with a monthly and quarterly settlement of funds.
Dale Bienusa shared his concerns with Scotland County not having its own dedicated conservation agent with the Commission.
James Spray, Assistant Road and Bridge Supervisor, met with the Commission to discuss current projects.
The Commission reviewed applications received for Phase III of CARES funds.
Seeing no further business, Presiding Commissioner Ebeling adjourned the meeting.
