Aponte Begins Child Support Enforcement Role

By Echo Menges EDINA, Mo. — The Knox County Prosecutor’s Office has welcomed a new staffer, with Caleb Aponte beginning his role April 10, 2026, as child support enforcement attorney serving Missouri’s 1st and 2nd judicial circuits. The position also brings the relocation of the child support enforcement office from Adair County to Knox County. Aponte has joined Knox County Prosecuting Attorney Andrew Boster and Administrative Assistant Angela Wilson. Scotland County Commission Addresses Elevator, Roads, Bids And Fire District Boundaries

The Scotland County Commission spent late March and early April addressing a series of county building, road and administrative matters, including elevator upgrades, road and bridge work, mowing and carpet bids, and questions involving fire district boundaries. HANNIBAL, Mo. (April 20, 2026) — The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced a series of highway maintenance projects in northeast Missouri, including multiple closures in Scotland County through May 1.
