The Tigers were on the road for week 2 of football action. After last week’s comeback victory at home, Scotland County traveled to Highland High School to take on the Cougars in their second game of the season. Similar to last week the Tigers fell behind early in this one, trailing Highland 14-7 at the half. Scotland County sent a message with its running game in the second half to catch and eventually run away from Highland. Scotland County recorded 272 rushing yards after intermission. The Tigers ground attack was led by Seniors Carter Clatt and Kamdyn Forest. Clatt had a night to remember, rushing 15 times for 171 yards and 4 touchdowns. Forest rushed 14 times for 135 yards on the ground, and led the Tigers defense with 10 tackles on the night. Scotland County will travel to Harrisburg High School next week
