It is critical that Rural Health Clinic leaders have the tools, knowledge, and network of peers and experts to succeed in their roles. Leading a rural health clinic presents unique challenges, which is why this program was specifically designed to support and strengthen the leadership of those serving in these vital positions and making a positive impact on their rural community. The curriculum for the program was developed by asking successful rural health clinic leaders this question: What do you know now that you wish you would have known then? Additionally, the curriculum is based on input from successful rural health clinic leaders.
