Upcoming Planned Roadwork for Northeast Missouri, April 27– May 7, 2026

HANNIBAL, Mo. — The Missouri Department of Transportation has scheduled general highway maintenance work across northeast Missouri in the coming weeks, including projects in Scotland County.

Motorists can view all road closures and planned work on the department’s Traveler Information Map at traveler.modot.org/ map/.

Officials said inclement weather could impact the schedule, and additional moving operations may occur throughout the region. Drivers are urged to buckle up, avoid using mobile devices, reduce speeds and move over when traveling through work zones.

Scotland County

• Missouri Route 15 — April 28: Lane restrictions for patching operations from the Iowa state line to the Knox County line, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Missouri Route 15 — April 30: Lane restrictions for patching operations from Missouri Route 136 to the Knox County line, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

MoDOT encourages motorists to remain alert and use caution in and around work zones to help ensure the safety of crews and travelers.
