CHARLOTTE JEAN HULL
Charlotte Jean Hull, 80, of Memphis, Missouri, passed away Friday, November 22, 2024 at the LaBelle Manor Nursing Home in LaBelle, Missouri.
She was born in Iowa City, Iowa, on January 29, 1944, the daughter of Cleo and Martha Whitiing Metz.
Charlotte attended grade school in Etna, Missouri and Gorin, Missouri, graduating from the Wyaconda High School in the Class of 1962. She continued her education at the college in Keokuk, Iowa.
On June 1, 19??, in Kahoka, Missouri, Charlotte married Eddie Lane Hull and to this union two children were born.
She worked for the National Garment Factory in Memphis, Missouri and the Scotland County Hospital as outpatient receptionist. She enjoyed the farm life and was active in 4-H, worked as a 4-H Leader, the Saddle Club, Dog Club, being around animals and reading.
Charlotte is survived by a daughter, Kathy Pence of Memphis, Missouri; grandchildren, Landon and Alyssa Pence and Lane and Rachel Pence; two great grandchildren, Harper Pence and Ryan Pence; brothers, John, Russell and Roger; sisters, Joann, Dorothy, Ruth, Mary, and Gail; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleo and Martha Metz; foster parents, Ray and Hazel Feldman; and a brother, Charles.
A Celebration of Life will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, Decmeber 1, 2024, at the Memphis Funeral Home in Memphis, Missouri. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
