Verlee Dauma is presented a certificate as the DAR Women of American History Certificate by the Jauflione Chapter Regent Debbie Kauk. She has been a family historian for 40+ years, she wrote six family histories, and researched 60 other family histories. She wrote and preserved county records in Warren County Illinois, and Scotland County, Missouri. She has records in the Library of Congress in D.C., and much of her life’s research is at the University of Columbia, Missouri. At the age of 102 she is very sharp and speaks of her genealogy when asked.
