Becker’s Hospital Review released the 2025 edition of its “Women hospital and health system presidents and CEOs to know” list. Meagan Weber, DPT, MBA, is the CEO at Scotland County Hospital and Clinics in Memphis, MO, and she was named on that list. 
Lori Fulk, Chairman, Scotland County Hospital Board of Directors said, “The Scotland County Hospital Board, Administration, and Staff recently learned of Dr. Meagan Weber’s recognition in being included in Becker’s Honors List of 209 Women Presidents and CEO’s for 2025. We congratulate her in this recognition. We appreciate even more her dedication to this Hospital, the fierce love and commitment she has for rural health, and the love and concern she has for our community and surrounding communities. Her goal is to make sure they have the health care they need. Since becoming CEO, she has made great strides in recruitment, changing the cultural environment toward a team approach, developing collaborative relationships, and striving toward financial and strategic improvements. Weber is a 2003 graduate of Scotland County High School in Memphis. She holds a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University and a Masters of Business Administration from Western Governors. She joined the staff at Scotland County Hospital in 2011 as the Therapy Services Supervisor. In August 2022, she was appointed the CEO.
