Andrea Graham, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, spoke to the members of the Rotary Club of Scotland County on May 14, 2025. She works at Scotland County Hospital (SCH) and Rural Health Clinics and offers many services that a patient's primary care provider can order for dietetic counseling and now diabetes education. Andrea also does outreach in the community and has provided nutrition education in school classrooms and community events. Andrea is one of the multidisciplinary team members at SCH that works with the Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) program and encouraged Rotarians to look into this program through their primary care provider. She announced a free Freezer Meal Prep Class she will teach on July 15th at 5:30 pm at the hospital. Graham is pictured with local Rotarian Kim Ludwick.
