DORA CLARABELLE (HUMES) FOGLE 

Dora Clarabelle (Humes) Fogle age 87 of Memphis, MO passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at the Schuyler County Nursing Home in. Queen City, Missouri. Dora was born on October 6, 1937, in Wyaconda, Missouri, the daughter of Earnest and Rhea (Stevenson) Humes. She was raised in Wyaconda and graduated from the local high school. On February 9th, 1957, Dora was united in marriage to Donald Dean Fogle. She worked at the National Garment Factory and later worked in the kitchen at the Scotland County Nursing Home for over 30 years until her retirement. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, listening to country music and riding their Goldwing motorcycles across the United States with her husband. She especially enjoyed her time with her family and friends. 

Dora is survived by her two sons, Faron Fogle and his wife Debbie of Memphis, Missouri and Kevin Fogle and his wife Jeanette of Memphis, Missouri, her grandchildren: Jake (Amber) Fogle of Decorah, Iowa, Samantha (Bob) Willis of La Plata, Missouri, Kiel (Brooklynne) Fogle of Columbia, Missouri, great grandchildren, Gavin Fogle, Maverick Fogle, Vivienne Fogle, Eva Willis and Ema Willis along with her brother Earnest “Doc” Humes of Wyaconda, Missouri and her sister-in-law Lois Humes and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Don, her granddaughter Heather Fogle and infant grandson Aaron Fogle, her sisters Pat Varnold and Mary Fleer and her brothers LaVerne, AJ, Alfred and Jim Humes. 

According to her wishes cremation has been accorded, and private family burial will take place at a later date.
