Highway 15 Closed Two Miles South of Memphis Until Approximately 9:30 a.m. Tuesday Morning 12-3-24

According to Scotland County Sheriff Bryan Whitney, Highway 15 is closed two miles south of Memphis due to a tractor-trailer rollover.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:10 a.m. Tuesday morning, December 3, 2024, when the southbound tractor trailer went off the right side of the highway and overturned.
The 63-year-old driver from rural Ottumwa, Iowa was not injured in the crash.
Large containers full of soybean seeds spilled when the trailer overturned.
The Sheriff expects the highway to reopen by 9:30 a.m.
Drivers are asked to please avoid the area until the crash scene is cleared.
