In accordance with Chapter 115 of the laws of Missouri notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Scotland County, Missouri, that a Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2020. The polls will be open between the hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
The official ballots for said election will be in substantially the following form:

Voters voting at the courthouse should enter through the south entrance.
Voters needing a handicapped-accessible entrance may enter through the north entrance.

I, Batina Dodge, County Clerk within and for the County of Scotland do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true and correct list as certified to me by John R. Ashcroft, Secretary of State, State of Missouri, of the offices for which candidates are entitled to be voted for at the PRIMARY ELECTION to be held August 4, 2020.

VOTER ASSISTANCE
For any voter that needs assistance or does not feel well the day of the election, Election Judges will be able to assist you at your car. Voters needing curbside assistance are asked to please call the County Clerk’s Office at (660) 465-7027 ahead of arriving at their respective polling location.
Wednesday, July 22, 2020 is the last day to request an absentee ballot to be mailed. However, voters may vote absentee in-person until 5:00 PM on Monday, August 3, 2020 in the County Clerk’s Office.
The County Clerk’s Office will be open Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM to serve those needing to vote by absentee ballot.
