During the Independence Day holiday, a number of out-of-staters were seen and greeted. Among them were Lisa Woods, Ft. Mill, SC and her sister, Theresa Post-Humes, Kirksville, MO. They are the children of the late Junior Woods and Virginia Egbert.
Other Woods offspring observed in the Memphis area were Hollis Woods, Keokuk, IA; Bonnie Schultz and Missy White of Kirksville; Melvin Lee and Sarah Rimer, Jaxon and Avery, Edina, MO. The following, all from Memphis, included Kevin and Debbie Woods, John and Virginia Woods, Buzz, Faith, Halle and Merit Miller; Ches Woods, Randy Woods, Stacey, Michael, and Colton Woods; Matthew Woods and his lady, Kaitlyn.
Most did a drive-through out at the Woods farm (former Paul Morrison farm). Someone said there was even food – BBQ, chips, tea, etc.! Crops are looking good-really beautiful.
