Judge Gary Dial took the bench on his final official day at work as the Presiding Judge for the First Circuit Court on Tuesday, March 31st. Judge Dial is retiring after 24 years in office. Judge Rick Roberts of Kahoka has been assigned to serve as presiding judge until an official appointment is made by Governor Mike Parsons to fill the remaining two years of Judge Dial’s unexpired six-year term.
