The Scotland County varsity track teams traveled to Monroe City April 19th for the Dennis Hancock Invitational. The Tigers finished in 7th place while the Lady Tigers earned eighth place.
The boys amassed 49 total points, led by a first place finish in the 800 meter run by Zach Doubet.
Tristen Kice finished second in the 100 meter dash and was third in the 400 meter dash.
The 4×800 meter relay team of Ryan Miller, Riley Kliethermes, Caleb Doubet and Zach Doubet took 3rd place.
Bryson Orton finished third in the shot put and sixth in the discus.
The Lady Tigers finished with 53 total points led by a first place finish by Abby Blessing in the high jump.
Miranda Holland took second place in the shot put.
The 4×400 relay team of Maddie Bondurant, Kaylyn Anders, Khloe Hamlin and Katelyn Talbert finished third.
Hamlin was fifth in the 300 meter hurdles while Bondurant and Talbert finished sixth and seventh in the 400 meter dash.
