Zac Behrens fights off the high inside pitch for a hit during SCR-I baseball action Monday night in Memphis.

Schuyler County jumped on Scotland County ace Will Fromm for a pair of runs in the top of the first inning Thursday in Memphis, but solid relief work helped SCR-I rally for a 13-3 win.

The Rams plated a pair of runs off Fromm, before the senior hurler was able to get out of a bases loaded jam.

The Tigers loaded the bases with no outs in the bottom of the frame and Parker Triplett delivered a base hit to knot the score at 2-2.

The senior then took over on the mound in the second and tossed two and two thirds innings of perfect ball, allowing no hits or walks while striking out five.

Jacob McDaniel threw the final inning and a third and held Schuyler to one unearned run on one hit, while striking out two.

SCR-I took a 3-2 lead in the second inning when Brady Curry singled and scored on a base hit by Kaden Anders.

Fromm led off the bottom of the third with a solo home run. A bases loaded walk extended the lead to 5-2.
