A Memphis teenager escaped a roll-over accident Saturday evening with just minor injuries.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Nova M. Cline, 16, of Memphis was eastbound on Highway 136, one mile west of Arbela when the 2003 Ford Ranger she was driving traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned, coming to rest in the ditch.
Cline, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries. She was transported by private vehicle to Scotland County Hospital in Memphis.
The accident occurred at 7:35 p.m.
The vehicle sustained total damage and was removed from the scene by Lakeside Towing of Memphis.
The Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Scotland County Sheriff’s Office.
