CANTON, MO – Wyatt Kice, graphic design major from Memphis, and the rest of the pledge class of Culver-Stockton’s Delta Upsilon fraternity, recently completed a philanthropy project that will feed dozens of hungry families.
The event, organized by the 2013 Delta Upsilon Pledge class, allowed C-SC students to donate one meal from their meal plans. For every student meal donated, C-SC Dining Services put aside $4 in canned goods. Nearly 200 student meals were donated, which equated to $740 worth of canned goods. The pledge class of Delta Upsilon donated the 621 units of canned food to Quanada in Quincy, IL.
Delta Upsilon Fraternity is an international, non-secret, social fraternity, founded in 1834. The Culver-Stockton Chapter gained college and IFC recognition in 1986, and was officially installed as a chapter on campus in 1988.
