Kenneth and Debra Heck of St. Charles, MO are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Samantha Dianne of Auxvasse, MO, to Kyle Zane Lavy also of Auxvasse, MO, the son of Sandy and the late Denny Lavy of Auxvasse, MO. Samantha is a 2009 graduate of North Callaway High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana with a degree in sport management and sport communication. She went on to receive her Master’s degree in athletic administration from William Woods University in Fulton, MO in 2016. Samantha is currently employed with MSHSAA in Columbia, MO. Zane graduated from North Callaway High School in 2007 and is currently employed at Callaway Carriers in Kingdom City, MO. Grandparents of the bride-to-be are the late Weldon and Mona Tague of Gorin, MO, Gene and Dianne Johnson of Galesburg, IL, and Garrett Heck and Laveta Comstock of Rutledge, MO. Grandparents of the groom-to-be are Ann and the late Walter Lavy of Columbia, MO and Bob Haley of Auxvasse, MO. The couple will be married December 9, 2017 at the Auxvasse Christian Church in Auxvasse, MO.
