Travis Bissell Memorial Scholarships Awarded

The family of Scotland County R-I graduate Travis Bissell recently awarded $1,000 in college scholarships to 2018 graduates of Scotland County R-I in memory of Travis. Kyle Aldridge, Alyssa Clair, Megan Holt, Annie Hyde and Kyle Mohr each received a $200 Travis Bissell Memorial Scholarship during the SCR-I Academic Awards Night.
