Thursday, Oct. 1 – Clinic hours from 8:00-10:00 a.m. for immunizations. Friday, October 2 – Clinic hours from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. for fasting blood sugars and cholesterols, blood pressure checks, immunizations, nail care, etc. Monday, October 5 – Friday, October 9 – Office closed to move to new location at 214 W. Madison.
