Tanner Compton and Morgan Whittom are the proud parents of a baby girl, Jasmine Jade Rose Compton.  Jasmine was born April 23, 2014 at 9:59 p.m. at Scotland County Hospital.  She weighed 7 lbs 9 oz and was 20 ½ inches long.
