A passenger helped avoid a serious accident on Highway 15 in Scotland County on Friday morning after flying debris knocked a driver unconscious.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at 10:45 a.m. on May 24th, four miles north of Memphis.
Theodore J. Bellon, 66, of Mt. Sterling, IA, was northbound on Highway 15 in a 2013 Ford F-150. A southbound 2011 Peterbuilt driven by Stacey Y.
