The WOES of GMOs - Glyphosate, Gmos Impact on Crops, Soils, Animals, Man
Dr. Don M. Huber, Emeritus Professor of Plant Pathology, Purdue University will be speaking on February 16 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Memphis Fitness Center. Professor Don Huber is an internationally recognized plant pathologist and professor emeritus at Purdue University. For the past 40 years he spent his career as a scientist working in professional and military agencies that evaluate and prepare for natural and manmade biological threats, including germ warfare and disease outbreaks. As a plant pathologist, Don Huber is among the most qualified scientists in the world to examine such a serious threat to America's food supply.
On January 17, 2011 Professor Don Huber wrote a confidential letter to U.S. Agriculture Secretary, Tom Vilsack to alert him that a team of scientists had discovered an unknown pathogen. The new pathogen was found in high population in U.S. corn and soybean crops, specifically, crops that had been genetically modified to be resistant to the chemical Glyphosate and the number one selling weed killer Roundup. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nHCw36wIhs
