Four Lady Tigers Earn Softball All-Conference Honors
Tri-Rivers Conference champions Knox County dominated the league's post season awards that were announced this week, taking the top awards for players and coaches. The Lady Eagles' catcher, Bailey Couch, was named the conference most valuable player, while Marcie Stansberry got the nod as the league's coach of the year.
Scotland County placed four players on the first and second teams.

Pitcher Megan Creek
Junior pitcher/shortstop Megan Creek and sophomore shortstop/pitcher Bethany Rader joined Couch on the first team all conference list. Rounding out the league's best were Caley Sessions and Alexis Boas of Schuyler County. Milan's Hannah Sanders, Marisa Shuey and Katie Ryals of Putnam County and Couch's Lady Eagles teammates Rachel Poston and Devin Gudehus.

Pitcher Bethany Rader
Scotland County seniors Elizabeth Duzan and Loren Smith received second team all conference honors. They were joined by Whitney McElhinney, Mallory Haley and Chloe Robinson of Schuyler County, Putnam County's Dakoda Owings and Kaisee Perkins, Mackenzie Hustead and Olivia Nichols of Knox County and North Shelby's Ashton Reitz.
