Edna May Mason, 92, formerly of Greeley, CO passed away August 7, 2011 at Cherrelyn Health Care Center in Littleton, CO.

Edna, one of ten children, was born in Ault, CO to Edgar and Lillie (Lorah) Seela on November 29, 1918. In June of 1936, she married Virgil Mason in Greeley where they resided until 1978. Upon retirement they moved to Stockton, CA and then to Rutledge, MO. In November, 2008 Edna returned to Colorado.

During her life she loved being a wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She also worked at Woolworths, Jesse's Food Market and helped Virgil with his service station. Outside interests included several Masonic groups.

Edna is survived by daughter, Sandy Harden of Denver, CO; sons, Jim Mason and wife Loretta of Salem, OR, and Dale Mason of Denver, CO; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two siblings and 31 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Jacob, Rueben; and four sisters.

A celebration of Edna's was held September 1, 2011 at Adamson Chapel.
