Wyaconda Woman Killed in Crash
A Wyaconda woman has died from injuries she sustained in a one-vehicle accident in Clark County on Tuesday morning.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Jamie L. Hall, 46, was northbound on Main Street in Wyaconda in a 1994 Chevrolet pickup when the vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle then struck a culvert and went airborne before striking a second tree and coming to rest.
The accident occurred at 12:45 a.m. According to a Patrol arrest report, a ticket was issued at 1:32 a.m. for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident.
Hall was transported by Clark County Ambulance to Scotland County Hospital in Memphis. She was pronounced dead at 6:12 a.m. by Dr. Elliott Hix.
The Patrol was assisted at the crash scene by the Clark County Sheriff's Department, Clark County Ambulance and Clark County Rescue, and Wyaconda first responders.
