Kirksville Man Arrested on Assault Charges

A Kirksville man is facing felony sexual assault charges following his arrest in Memphis on Saturday.

The Memphis Police Department arrested Dale E. Rockhold, 29, on charges of class C felony domestic assault in the second degree and felony forcible sodomy - deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion.

Rockhold is being housed in the Scotland County Jail on a $75,000 cash only bond. He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on November 23rd at 9:00 a.m.
