SCR-I Back to School Fair Set for July 27th
The Scotland County R-I Elementary School is hosting its annual back to school fair. This will take place on July 27, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Scotland County R-1 Elementary Gymnasium. There is no cost.
The fair is for Scotland County youth ages Kindergarten through the twelfth grade. The fair will include informational booths, school supplies and prizes. Pre-enrollment is recommended before participation in the Scotland County Back to School Fair. Pre-enrollment begins on Monday, July 12, 2010 and ends Friday, July 23, 2010 at 12:00 noon. There will be no pre-enrollment forms accepted after 12:00 noon on July 23, 2010. Information needed for pre-enrollment will be social security numbers for all household members, income information for all household members and demographic information for all household members. This information will be kept strictly confidential. All pre-enrolled participants will be entered in a drawing for the chance to win area business gift cards during the Back to School Fair. Children planning to attend the fair with an adult OTHER than their parent or guardian must pre-enroll by 12:00 noon on July 23, 2010. All youth, less than 16 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult. ďOn SiteĒ Enrollment is permitted, but not recommended, on July 27, 2010. Households that enroll ďon siteĒ must have the following information: social security numbers for all household members, income information for all household members and demographic information for all household members. ďOn SiteĒ enrolled households will be excluded from the pre-enrollment gift card drawings, but will still be eligible for prizes and back to school supplies.
