Helen B. Herrlin, 99, of Stuart, Florida, died on Friday, February 13, 2009, in her home in Stuart.

She was born August 29, 1909, in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of Charles A. and Benja M. (Borden) Perry. On May 4, 1937, she was married to C. Vance Bradley in Luray, Missouri. He preceded her in death on May 17, 1963, in Tavernier, Florida. She was then united in marriage to Karl Herrlin on December 10, 1981, in Carthage, Illinois. He preceded her in death on January 15, 1984, in Stuart, Florida.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews, among those are Debra (Dave) Neill of Bowen, Virginia Hurwitz of Carthage, Beverly (Jim) Wilson of Peoria, Susan (Charles) Strubinger of St. Charles, Missouri, and Julie Holt of Carthage. Many great nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; one sister, Erma G. Holt; one brother, Orval Raymond Perry; a nephew, Jack Holt; and a niece, Joan B. Jurgens; four great nieces and nephews, Jon Holt, Jack Holt, Jr., Jimmy Holt and Marilyn Holt; and one great grand nephew, Josh Neill.

She graduated from high school in Luray, Missouri. She and her husband, Vance, lived in Keokuk, Iowa and operated an auto and hardware store in Keokuk for many years before moving to Florida. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Stuart, Florida.

Graveside funeral services will be held at a later date in Memphis Cemetery in Memphis, Missouri.
