Garrett Wins Feature Race on Busy Night at Show Me Speedway

A total of 80 entries packed the pits at Show Me Speedway in Downing for the September 8th races.

Tyler Hagar drove the #32 kart to the win in the Animal class feature event. He held off #38 Jared Fox, #18 John Fox, #37 Teresa Hagar and #22 Allen Adams.

The Rookies division saw the #20D of Devin Logerman cross the finish line in the lead ahead of #90 Joshua Adams and #10D Dawson Beeler. The rest of the field included #12 Gage Dodge, #77 Katlynn Leer, #99 Adriane Cole, #11 Chester Robinson, Coy Farley, and #56 Kyler Meyer.

Jeremy Marshall took the checkered flag in the Junior I feature. Second place went to #18D Dalton Logerman followed by #24 Devon Rouse, #27 Austin Versteegh, #38 Joey Hagar, #29M Lane Mercer, #12 Jacen Stotts, #12D Devon Beeler, #44 Dave Hudson, and #10 Austin Howes.

The Junior II main event went to #8 Justice Schlicher who bested #9 Tyler Granneman, #8D Daniel Beeler, and #73 Tanner Klingele. They finished ahead of #11 Jashua Robinson, #3 Tyler Griesbaum, #7C Cole Elsea, #75M Tyler Mallett, #28 Samara Brush, #48T Brittany Thelen, #14 Autumn Elliott, and #51 Megan Farley in a big field of karts.

Andrew Hays piloted the #25 ride to first place in the Stock Lite class. Cody Dunn and the #7 kart were runners up followed by #10 Nick Seabold, #3 Wes Golden, #136 Ryan Miller, #26 Justin Vencil, #28 Jared Fox, #07 Ashley Hudson, #40 Victor Pippin, #34 Zack Jordan, #36 Teresa Hagar, #0 Jason Breckmeier, and #32X Dustin Westercamp.

Five karts battled for the Junior II Heavy Division feature win with #8A Austin Logerman taking the top honors. He held off #31B Brady Bowling, #7 Brock Hopwood, #4 Jacob Mulvaney, and #9 Dakota Elliott for the win.

Andy Garrett took home the trophy in the Junior II Heavy division. The #77 kart paced the rest of the field that included #77 Andy Garrett, #27S Andy Sundblad, #3 Tyler Griesbaum, and #7C Cole Elsea.

The Stock Medium feature was won by #32X Dustin Westercamp. He crossed the finish line ahead of #10 Nick Seabold, 29 Doug Riley, #02 Ashley Stiles, #15 Kirk Hopkins, #12 Jennie Hutchinson, #3 Wes Golden, #18 John Fox, #71 Jeremy Ballinger, #60 Blake Stile, #25 Andrew Hays, #34 Greg Tuggle, #43 Rich Tournear, and #1 A.J. Tournear in the largest race of the night.

Doug Seabold cruised to victory lane in the Masters main event. He took the top prize ahead of #29 Doug Riley, #2 Jay Brush, #79 Dennis Thelen, #4 Mike Thelen, #8 Tom Thelen, #10X Scott Goff, and #70 Ron Taylor.

The Show Me Speedway will be back in action on September 15th.
