LINDA M. LINCOLN

Linda M. Lincoln, 63, of Hazleton, IA, died September 22, 2006, at Mercy Living Plus in Oelwein, IA, from a short illness.

She was born October 3, 1942, in Mount Sterling, IA, the daughter of Clair and Jean (Wolfe) Creek.

Linda married Marvin Lincoln on September 24, 1961, and they were later divorced.

She graduated from Greeley High School in 1961. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Becky (Michael) Foland of Hazleton, IA and Debbie (Jeff) Morton of Memphis, MO; seven grandchildren, Marissa, Ti, Alicia, Jerilyn, Tayt, Michael and Derick; a sister, Penny (Babe) Ingles of Greeley, IA; two brothers, Randy Creek of Garnavillo, IA, and Joe Creek of Edgewood, IA.

Preceding her in death were her parents; five sons in infancy; and three sisters, Gloria Lincoln, Cynthia Harriman and Becky Creek.

A memorial fund has been established.

Funeral services were held September 26, 2006, at Geilenfeld Funeral Home in Oelwein, IA, with Rev. John Kerr officiating. Burial was in Strawberry Point Cemetery in Strawberry Point, IA.
