NORMAN H. WEILER

Norman H. Weiler, 6, of Rutledge, passed away February 9, 2006, at his home.

He was born the son of Earl Mark and Charlene (Hoover) Weiler on April 27, 1999 in Kirksville.

He is survived by his parents; a brother, Weldon, and sister, Crystal Faith, of the home; grandparents, Earl and Lena Weiler of Florence, MO, and Carl and Lydia Hoover of Gorin; great grandparents, Amanda B. Shirk of Narvon, PA, and Martin and Martha Hoover of Leola, PA; aunts and uncles, David and Janice Martin of Memphis, Nevin and Debra Weiler, Wesley and Lynette Weiler, Galen and Lorelle Weiler, and Calvin and Janelle Hoover, all of Rutledge, Eugene and Lucinda Weiler, and Delbert and Lorinda Hoover, all of Mt. Sterling, IA, Wayne and Mary Karen Weiler of Greentop, Delbert and Alta Mae Hoover, Carl Robert and Darla Hoover, and Betsy, Catherine, and Milford Hoover all of Gorin; and numerous cousins.

Norman was a patient and affectionate boy who liked God’s nature and beautiful things.

Funeral services were held February 13, 2006, at the Carl Hoover residence in Gorin and at the Millport Mennonite Church south of Rutledge. Burial was in the Millport Mennonite Cemetery. Officiating the service was Abner Oberholtzer, Luke Fox, Carl Hoover and Earl Oberholtzer. Carl Robert Hoover, Calvin Martin, Milford Hoover, and Jeremy Weiler served as pallbearers.
