Lady Tigers Earn Third Seed in District Tourney

The field is set for the 2005 Class 2 District 12 softball tournament to be held October 5-8 in Edina at the Knox County High School ball field.

Clark County received the #1 seed and earned a first round bye. The Lady Indians will take on the winner of the game between #4 seed Schuyler County and the fifth seeded Knox County team. Those two squads play Wednesday, October 5th at 6:00 p.m. The second round game will be played at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, October 6th.

Scotland County earned the #3 seed and will face off against #2 seed Putnam County in a semi-final contest at 7:00 p.m. October 6th.

The district championship game is scheduled for Saturday, October 8th at 2:00 p.m.
