Pepsi Tourney Helps Raise Money For Golf Course
Pepsi-Cola Memphis Bottling Company hosted its annual four-man scramble golf tournament at Timber Ridge Golf Course May 26.
The event helped raise nearly $5,000 for the local golf course with a total of 17 teams participating.
The Yellow Creek Realty team from Milan won the championship flight. Second place went to the team from Seppelt Electric and Scotland County Lanes.
The A Flight title went to the U.S Bank team. Community Bank of Memphis took second place.
The Putting Tournament – Sponsored by Community Bank of Memphis was won by Laddie Briscoe. Wes Smith was second, just edging out Scott Wickert.
The event also featured several golf shot contests. The winners in these contests were:
