Memphis Police Officer Makes Drug Arrest

A traffic stop by the Memphis Police Department on June 22 resulted in the arrest of a Gorin man on drug charges.

According to the MPD Christopher J. Armstrong, 18, of Gorin was ticketed for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Upon further review by the officer drug paraphernalia and a substance believed to be marijuana was discovered in the vehicle. Armstrong was cited for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
