Victim In Fatal Train Accident Identified

The unidentified victim who was struck and killed by a

Burlington-Northern Santa Fe freight train in Knox County, approximately four miles east of Greensburg on January 21, has been identified.

During the extensive investigation conducted by members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Knox County Sheriff's Department and the Knox County Coroners Office, the victim was been identified as William "Billy" M. Fields, age-20, of northern California.
