Alberta Rose Kaldenberg, 60, of Memphis, MO, died July 11, 2002, at the Scotland County Memorial Hospital in Memphis, MO.

She was born July 8, 1942, the daughter of Henry and Dorothy Jean (Runquist) Aldridge in Glenwood, MO.

She married Donald Paul Kaldenberg in 1961.

Alberta was employed as a public worker, cook, and clerk.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

She is survived by her children, Sandra Jean and her husband, Lewis Smith of Lebanon, MO, Sherri Lynn and husband, David Oliver of Huntsville, AL, LaDonna Mae and husband, Patrick Lara of Goldthwaite, TX, Roger and wife, Sonia Kaldenberg of Memphis, MO, and Sonny and his wife, My Wol Kaldenberg of Gardena, CA; two sisters, Barbara Garrett of Moberly, MO, and Linda Aldridge of Memphis, MO; a brother, Kenny Aldridge of Webster City, IA; an aunt, Irene Dalton of Memphis, MO; 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held July 15, 2002, at the Gerth Funeral Chapel in Memphis, MO, with Mike Wilson officiating. Burial was in the Richland Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Richland Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Randy Hillyer, Robert Arnold, Gary Talbert, Mark Jayne, Mark Pender, and Danny Raymond. Serving as honorary pallbearers were Boyd Bissell, Lonnie Cochran, and Jay Grogan. The Gerth Funeral Service handled the arrangements from their Memphis, MO chapel.
