Local Man Faces Third Degree Assault Charges

A Memphis man was arrested and charged with third degree assault following an altercation in Scotland County April 13.

David K. Bowens, 36, was arrested by the Scotland County Sheriff's Department at 8:00 p.m.

Bowens was issued a summons to appear in Scotland County Associate Circuit Court on May 7 at 9:00 a.m.
